Who has been your biggest influence and why?
My mother, as she taught me to be kind, lead with passion and live life like you only have one.
What is your most hated business expression?
"Running around like headless chickens."
What's the smartest business idea you've ever had?
Well, I'll let you know once it comes to me in my dreams.
Which leader do you admire most and why?
I had the pleasure of a lot of great mentors throughout my career, and each one instilled their own unique lessons onto me. To this day Philip Jones has seen every contract I have signed since I started with Movenpick's management trainee program in 2015.
What is on your mind the most right now as a marketing leader?
How AI will guide marketing in more productive ways.
