Programme Manager, Splash Foundation
Joy Gabotero manages the adult programmes at Splash Foundation. Her journey began as a beneficiary of Splash’s migrant domestic worker programmes where she learned to swim then trained to coach beginner swimmers. Since joining the Splash staff team, Joy has spearheaded the growth of the graduate training programme, which enables beneficiaries to further their swim journeys with new opportunities.
