Noha Habib is a senior corporate and public affairs executive with over 25 years of experience advising boards, CEOs, governments, sovereign entities, and NGOs across the Middle East, Australia, and global markets.


Her previous experience spans leadership roles in top-tier consultancies including Instinctif Partners, Kekst CNC, Weber Shandwick, Carma and Hill and Knowlton in the Middle East and leading agencies in Australia. In her last role, she was VP Corporate Communications and Investor Relations for a DFM listed investment and insurance group of companies.


A Sabre Award recipient, Noha is a dual national (Lebanon/Australia) and trilingual (English, Arabic, French) with expertise in reputation management, stakeholder engagement, corporate and financial communications, executive profiling, ESG strategy, policy advocacy, crisis management, and organizational transformation. She has advised sovereign wealth funds, ministries, and listed companies across DFM, Tadawul and ASX, delivering outcomes that strengthened reputation, market positioning, and stakeholder confidence across financial services, energy, technology, infrastructure, healthcare, aviation, and government sectors.
