Rich is a senior leader in Accenture Song’s Marketing Practice. He helps brands and their marketing teams to stay relevant through the transformation of their people, processes and technology. Rich joined Accenture in 2016 through its acquisition of Karmarama where he was a partner, prior to which he worked in content and creative agency roles at BBH Asia Pacific, BBH London and TBWA.
