Ryan is Chief Strategy Officer at Good-Loop, where he's spent years proving that doing good and doing well aren't mutually exclusive. He led the work that made Good-Loop the first AdTech company to become B Corp certified, and has helped build the business from a small team to 40+ people while raising over $10m for charity along the way.
He's worked on both sides of the industry, building partnerships across demand and supply globally, and growing key accounts in the UK and US. His focus is turning big ideas into business models that actually work - commercially and ethically.
That thread runs through his wider work too. As a board member at Firstport - Scotland's growth agency for social enterprise - he brought commercial perspective to mission-driven founders, helping them turn ideas into viable products and businesses.
He started his career in digital and performance marketing, cutting his teeth in SEO, PPC and account-based marketing at Edinburgh-based tech companies, where he quickly moved from execution to owning budgets and strategy.
