Managing partner and global head of creative at The Talent Business

With my background as a dancer, I spent most of my time choreographing and directing in the theatre whilst studying at university in the UK and the States. I built my career initially in advertising as an account man at Lowe Howard-Spink, a Partner at HHCL and finally as part of the London management team at RKCR Y&R. I joined The Talent Business as the London Managing Director in 2007 and have since helped to build our unparalleled global creative offering - working closely with the creative teams across all our key offices. The Talent Business now has hubs in London, Berlin, New York, Los Angeles, Singapore, Shanghai, Dubai and Sao Paulo, and has established itself as the world leader in executive search for creative businesses. I have a real passion for brilliant ideas and have been lucky enough in my career to have worked with some of the best creatives in the industry on famous, award-winning campaigns for brands like Stella Artois, Pot Noodle and M&S. An avid collector of contemporary art, I love being around talented, imaginative people and their work. I am also passionate about helping great creatives to become great leaders through my work as an NCP accredited Executive Coach.
