Scenario 1: The Room Booking

1. Four out of five Attendees arrive at Meeting Room that was booked two weeks ago
2. Meeting Room is occupied
3. Waiting Attendee timidly enters Meeting Room and says, “We’ve booked this”
4. Meeting Room Attendee says, “Ah, we’ve booked this”
5. Waiting Attendee looks up Meeting Room Booking on mobile to confirm he definitely booked it
6. Meeting Room Attendee looks up Meeting Room Booking on laptop to confirm she definitely booked it
7. Waiting Attendee looks at Meeting Room Attendee
8. Meeting Room Attendee looks at Waiting Attendee
9. Meeting Room Attendee says, “Well, we’re already here and we’re on a video call”
10. Waiting Attendee turns around to see three people on the screen
11. Waiting Attendee sighs and leaves Meeting Room
12. Four out of five Attendees walk around the building looking for an empty Meeting Room
13. Four out of five Attendees can’t find an empty Meeting Room
14. Four out of five Attendees end up having their meeting in Reception
15. The fifth Attendee arrives at Meeting Room that was booked two weeks ago but doesn’t recognise the Meeting Room Attendees so goes back to her desk

Scenario 2: The Lunch Meeting

1. Meeting Owner invites Attendee to Lunch Meeting at new member’s club she just joined
2. Attendee is late because she can’t find new member’s club
3. Attendee eventually finds new member’s club behind a door with no name or number on it
4. Meeting Owner is waiting at the table and has already started a bottle of wine
5. Meeting Owner and Attendee catch up on non-work related matters
6. Waiter asks if Meeting Owner and Attendee are ready to order
7. Meeting Owner and Attendee need a couple more minutes
8. Waiter returns to take order
9. Meeting Owner and Attendee order another bottle of wine
10. Meeting Owner and Attendee enjoy three-course lunch
11. Meeting Owner and Attendee order another bottle of wine
12. Meeting Owner asks for the bill
13. Meeting Attendee insists on paying
14. Meeting Owner and Attendee debate who will get the bill through Expenses faster
15. Meeting Owner and Attendee realise they haven’t discussed anything on the Meeting Agenda so agree to set up another Lunch Meeting
