One of the main objectives of The Marketing Society Scotland is to attract and retain talent in our community. Talent that is attracted to organisations that produce great work and have a very positive work culture with a real sense of purpose. Organisations that recognise and reward its talent in a motivating way and where the staff are fully aligned to the goals of their employer.
We are looking for nominations of less than 200 words for client and agency organisations that have strong employer brand reputations. This could be somewhere you currently work, somewhere you would like to work or simply employer brands in our community that you admire.
Shortlisted employer brands will be required to complete a questionnaire and a representative will be invited to attend our St Andrew’s Day Dinner on November 30 when the winners will be announced.
