Tina Chu
Founder & CEO, Novastacks
Tina Chu is the founder and CEO of Novastacks, an AI marketing studio based in Singapore. She brings 18+ years of growth marketing leadership across tech-native companies in travel, entertainment, crypto, and Web3, including Expedia, Tencent, Klook, and Traveloka. At each, she built and scaled marketing organizations, managed $50M+ in ad spend, and delivered measurable ROI through data-driven strategy.
Most recently, as VP of Acquisition Marketing at Traveloka, Tina built and led a 100-person growth organization spanning performance marketing, affiliates, organic growth, brand, and creative. Earlier, she scaled organic search and built the CRM function at Klook, led growth for Tencent's JOOX music app across Southeast Asia, and ran Expedia's mobile marketing P&L across Asia, where her work for Hotels.com won the Marketing Excellence Awards.
When she built Novastacks, she didn't hire a team of twelve. She architected one: twelve specialized AI agents, ten-plus custom skills, and connected data pipelines, all orchestrated from a CLI terminal. Novastacks is an AI marketing studio that strategizes, executes, and delivers business outcomes, not a solo consultancy that ships decks. Senior human expertise is the orchestration layer, connected AI systems are the execution layer. Research feeds content, content feeds SEO, SEO feeds AEO, analytics closes the loop.
Today, Tina builds agentic marketing systems for growth-stage companies, runs AI search optimization (AEO) to get brands recommended by ChatGPT and Perplexity, and serves as a fractional growth partner. She was building AEO systems for clients before most marketers had a playbook for it. She holds an MBA from the Wharton School and considers AI discovery the biggest customer acquisition puzzle in marketing today.
