Tom Bradby is a journalist, novelist and screenwriter. He is currently Anchor of ITV's News at Ten, a job he has been doing for eleven years. He has also hosted numerous ITV special programmes during that time, from UK and US Election night coverage - and the special programme for the EU Referendum - to Queen Elizabeth's funeral and the King's coronation. 
 
Tom Joined ITN as a trainee in 1990 and was successively; Ireland Correspondent, Political Correspondent, Asia Correspondent, Royal Correspondent and UK Editor before becoming Political Editor in 2005 - a job he held for ten years. 
 
Tom has written eleven novels. He has recently adapted his novel Secret Service, a Sunday Times Bestseller, into a five part ITV drama starring Gemma Arterton, Rafe Spall and Roger Allam, which is due to air shortly.  He previously adapted his novel Shadow Dancer into a critically acclaimed film directed by Oscar winner James Marsh and starring Clive Owen, Andrea Riseborough and Gillian Anderson. The script was shortlisted for the Evening Standard Award for Best Adapted Screenplay that year.
