Brave Get Together: On Demand

Virtual, 1 December, 9am

Every November for as long as we can remember, we've been gathering as a community to become better marketing leaders. And this year was no different.

In these strange and complex times, coming together as marketers has never been more important. It's easy to feel stuck right now, to presume that there's no growth on the horizon. But we know that brilliant marketing is the best way to drive our brands forward in this new world.

And we know that surrounding ourselves with fellow marketers who understand just what we're all going through, is how we'll find our way through. We all have a stake in the future of the marketing industry. We all need to learn how to thrive in a new reality, find growth opportunities, pivot when needed, hold onto market share and prove marketing effectiveness to our board.

Watch back, on demand

This was our Brave Get Together that we held on 4 November. You can read what it was like, what attendees learned and who spoke below. But, most importantly, as Marketing Society members, if you missed the sessions, you can now purchase them to watch on demand - available until 1 December. Scroll down to learn more and purchase access to all the talks.

What it was like

We won't be gathering together in person this year. But we're did everything we could to ensure you experienced the magic of a Marketing Society conference from the comfort of your own home.

This was not a conference... this was a Get Together when we worked as a community across all seven of our hubs and hatch a plan.
This was not a series of faceless PowerPoints... this was a new way to collaborate, inspire one another and make things happen.
This was not an ordinary day working from home... this was a day when you stopped feeling stuck and knew what to do next.

What you learned

Our full list of speakers can be found below and as always they were inspiring, surprising and memorable:

Senior marketing leaders who talked candidly about the intricacies of failures and success offering us wisdom and actionable insights. Brave leaders from parallel industries who've fought and won in times of adversity and taught us about operating in the new normal. High performing stars in the worlds of sport and the arts who reminded us of the value of creative thinking in tough times. Inspirational coaches who shared advice, tools and tips on high performance leadership — boosting our skills in team building, relationships, innovation, agility and more.
