In partnership with our friends at Asia Insight Circle, we are hosting a Brave Conversation at AIA Great European Carnival. Our Chief Executive Gemma Greaves and Christy Kilmartin, Vice President Marketing, Kontoor Brands (Wrangler® and Lee®, Asia Pacific) will candidly reveal the stories behind their own leadership journey.
Having recently revealed our new theme, ‘Braver Together’, the conversation will also focus on why trust and transparency are necessary in achieving bravery and success in these uncertain times.
Christy is an award winning marketer whose passion for sport and fashion has fueled a career that spans all corners of the globe. From humble beginnings in a shoe warehouse in Australia, Christy has worked his way up in marketing, merchandising and product creation roles at market, regional and global levels for Nike, Adidas, Timberland and now Lee and Wrangler.
The event will be followed by canapes, drinks and time to enjoy the carnival.
The concept of our Brave Conversation series is to bring together two brave leaders for an insightful conversation where they bring their true selves to the stage, are provocative and share insights that marketing leaders can learn from and be inspired by to do something differently.
We are interested in the untold stories, challenges that have been faced and overcome, brave decisions that have been taken, making the invisible visible and understanding how we as leaders can make a positive impact at work and on society as a whole. This is an informal, relaxed conversation between the two leaders, there is no script and no presentations.
