Sophie Caswell was a board director at Carat and then Starcom, running communications planning for accounts such as Mercedes, American Express, Santander and BT. She then pivoted to a tech startup 12 years ago, helping to grow Brew Digital from a team of five to over 50. She now dedicates her strategy skills to creating beautiful, innovative digital properties that make the world a better place. With an enviable client list that includes everyone from Pixar to the NHS—and indeed, The Marketing Society—Sophie leads the strategic charge for every project. Her toolkit includes the pioneering Decision Sprint workshop format—a truly innovative rapid ideation and decision-making technique which consistently leads to outstanding digital solutions.
