Rod has worked in the drinks industry for over 25 years, from running student unions and bars, to developing innovation for some of the UK’s biggest brands and drinks companies. His previous roles at Whyte & Mackay include most recently, Creative Director - The Dalmore, and previously Head of Innovation & Incubation. He thinks the best marketing happens when robust insight meets creative bravery, and he is passionate about the value of design. Rod is a former Chair of The Marketing Society Scotland, and away from the world of work he is a semi-professional LEGO builder and an author.
